第三代生物訊號量測和處理的系統晶片(SoC)。它具有先進的類比前端電路，以及靈活且強大的數位訊號處理結構，可以採集從uV到mV的生物訊號，然後經過神念科技專有的演算法處理。
低噪音放大器和 (ADC) 是BMD101類比前端(AFE)的主要組成部分。BMD101具有極低的系統噪聲和可程式化特色，因此可以有效地量測到生物訊號，並使用16位高精確類比-數位轉換器轉化成數位訊號。類比前端還包含一個自動偵測感應中斷的電路。
BMD101的核心是一個功能強大的系統管理單元，負責整體系統配置、運作管理、內外通訊、專有演算法計算和電源管理。
心電晶片模組還配有數位訊號處理 (DSP) 模組，來加速對系統管理單元監控下的各種數位濾波的計算，內建穩定的濾波器可以過濾電路線中產生的50Hz以及 60Hz頻率。
